The Nipola Co. launched the perfume Lucky Lindy ("The Essence of Luck!") in 1927, just after Charles Lindbergh, nicknamed "Lucky, " completed his historic transatlantic flight by landing his airplane, The Spirit of St. Louis, at the Bourget airport on May 21.This presentation stand presents 18 small perfume flacons in clear glass with brass caps. The stand is colored blue, orange, and white. (Source: Christine Mayer Lefkowith, L'Art du parfum, éd. Celiv, Paris, 1994).
