In order to ensure the most enjoyable visit for everyone, reservations are required for all visitors from 1 July to 31 August 2026, except the following (upon presentation of valid proof):

• Members of the Société des Amis du Louvre (cardholder only; all accompanying persons must make a reservation, except on Wednesdays and Fridays late-night openings).
• CLEF CLEF+ members (cardholder only; all accompanying persons must make a reservation).
• Patrons of the Louvre (with an accompanying person, without reservation).
• Disabled visitors (with an accompanying person, without reservation).
• Certified tour guides from the French Ministries of Culture and Tourism or the French National Museum Alliance (Réunion des Musées Nationaux).
• ICOM members.
• Affiliates of the Maison des Artistes and graphic, visual or photographic artists with artiste-auteur status according to article L.382-1 of the French Social Security code.
• Students of the École du Louvre.
• Visitors with Laissez-Passer (free admission) tickets.
• Journalists and Members of the International Association of Art Critics (AICA).
• Members of the Amis du Louvre Abu Dhabi.
• Fondo Ambiante Italiano (FAI) cardholders.
